To block a website on Mikrotik, you can use Firewall Filter rules. Here are the steps to follow:

2. Create a new Firewall Filter rule:
   • Go to the IP > Firewall menu and click the Filter Rules tab
   • Click the Add New button to create a new rule
   • Set the Chain to “Forward”
   • Set the Protocol to “TCP”
   • Set the Dst. Address type to “Address List”
   • Click the Address List button and create a new address list for the website(s) you want to block
   • Set the Action to “Drop”
3. Add the website’s IP address to the address list:
   • Go to the IP > Firewall menu and click the Address Lists tab
   • Click the Add New button to create a new address list
   • Set the Name to a descriptive name for the website(s) you want to block
   • Set the Address to the IP address or range of IP addresses for the website(s) you want to block
   • Click the OK button to save the changes
4. Enable the Firewall Filter rule:
   • Go back to the IP > Firewall menu and click the Filter Rules tab
   • Find the rule you created in Step 2 and click the Enable checkbox to activate the rule

এবার আনপ্যাক করা ফোল্ডার থেকে VMX ফাইল টি সিলেক্ট করে দিন,

এবার আপনি ইমপোর্ট এ ক্লিক করুন, এবং বুট করুন,

নতুন IP Pool

নতুন একটি IP Pool বানিয়ে নিন Blocked নামের , অথবা নিচের কোড টি কপি করে টার্মিনাল এ পেস্ট করে দিন

নতুন PPPoE Profile

উপরের ছবি তে লক্ষ্য করুন, ঠিক এমন করেনি একটি নতুন প্রফাইল বানিয়ে নিন,
বানানোর সময় Local Adree / Remote Adress / Adress List এর ড্রপ ডাউন থেকে Blocked সিলেক্ট করে দিন, 
এবার আপনি চলে জান Secret এ, এখানে থেকে আপনি জাকে নোটিশ পাঠাতে চান তার প্রফাইল পরিবর্তন করে দিন Payment এ। 
এবার অ্যাক্টিভ User থেকে সেই ব্যাবহার কারিকে Disconnect করে দিন যাতে করে তিনি পুনরায় কানেক্ট করে নতুন প্রফাইল এর আওতাভুক্ত হতে পারে।

কোনো প্রকার সমস্যা হলে জানাবেন, অথবা আমাদের ফেসবুক পেজে মেসেজ করতে পারেন।

Create IP Pool for payment profile

Copy and paste this to mikrotik terminal

Create Non payment profile

now go to PPP > Profile > Add
name it Payment and select Local adress / Remote Adress / Adress List = Blocked
and set dns 8.8.8.8,
set speed limit to 1M

Done, now change profile of pppoe user on secret, and see the magic (after changing user profile please disconnect it from secret list)

change redirect url of your own HTML page

প্রথমে আমরা জেনে নেই কি কি কম্পোনেন্ট আমাদের লাগবে একটি পিসি মিক্রটিক বিল্ড করতে, 

• একটি পুরনাঙ্গ ডেক্সটপ কম্পিউটার ( অনেক পুরনো মডেল এর হলেই হবে)
• ২টি গিগাবিট লেন কার্ড
• একটি SSD ড্রাইভ এবং ডিভিডি রম 
• এবং সকল প্রসেস কমপ্লেট করার জন্যে একটি রানিং উইন্ডোজ কম্পিউটার (লিনাক্স হলেও চলবে)

পিসি মিক্রটিক এর দাম এবং কোথায় পাওয়া জায়ঃ

একটি পুরনো কম্পিউটার আপনি যেকোনো কম্পিউটার এর দোকান থেকে খুব কম খরচে কিনে নিতে পারবেন ৩-৫ হাজার টাকার মদ্যে, কিন্তু আমি আপনাকে বলবো আপনি সম্ভব হলে একটি নতুন কম্পিউটার কিনে নিন 2nd Gen এর, 2nd Gen এর একটি নতুন কম্পিউটার আপনি ১০হাজার টাকার মদ্যে পেয়ে যাবেন,

এবার লেন কার্ড কিনে নিতে পারেন বাজার থেকে আপনি ইন্টেল এর ডুয়েল লেন এর ক্লোন ভার্সন টি পাবেন ১২০০ টাকার মদ্যে, তবে আমি আপনাকে সাজেস্ট করবো TP-Link এর গিগাবিট লেন কার্ড কিনে নিতে জার দাম পরবে ৯০০ টাকা ।

একটি সলিড ড্রাইভ আপনাকে অবশ্যই কিনতে হবে, কারন এতে আপনার রাউটার OS আরামসে ৫-৭ বছর টিকে যাবে, ৬৪ গিগাবাইট এর একটি সলিড ড্রাইভ আপনি পেয়ে জেতে পারেন মাত্র ১৬০০টাকায়। তবে আপনি চাইলে ২১০০ টাকা দিয়ে ১২০ গিগাবাইট  এর একটি সলিড ড্রাইভ নিয়ে নিতে পারেন WD brand এর।

আর হে একটি ডিভিডি রম আপনার অবশ্যই লাগবে, কারন রাউটার OS ডিভিডি রম ছাড়া আপনি আপনার পিসি তে ইন্সটল করতে পারবেন না। 

একটি রানিং কম্পিউটার অবশ্যই লাগবে, কারন সেটা দিয়ে আমাদের রাউটার OS ডাউনলোড করে ডিভিডি তে বার্ন করে নিতে হবে, এ ক্ষেত্রে আপনি চাইলে আপনার বন্ধুর কম্পিউটার এর সাহায্য নিতে পারেন।

পিসি মিক্রটিক এর লাইসেন্সঃ

এবার রাউটার OS এর লাইসেন্স কিনার পালা, আপনি কোন লেভেল এর লাইসেন্স কিনবেন সেটা আপনার প্রয়োজন মত পছন্দ করে নিন, লেভেল ৪ এর একটি লাইসেন্স দিয়ে আপনি ২০০ PPPOE ইউজার নিয়ন্ত্রন করতে পারবেন এবং লেভেল ৫ এ পারবেন ৫০০, অথবা কিনে নিতে পারেন লেভেল ৬ এর। 
আবার আপনি চাইলে রাউটার OS এর ক্র্যাক Version ইন্সটল করে নিতে পারেন, আমি দেখেছি অনেক বড় বড় ISP ক্র্যাক ভার্সন ব্যাবহার করে। ক্র্যাক এর ব্যাপারে কিছু জানার থাকলে কমেন্ট করবেন।

পিসি মিক্রটিক এর রাউটার OS ইন্সটলঃ

এবার ইন্সটল করার পালা, প্রথমে আমরা মিক্রটিক এর অফিসিয়াল সাইট থেকে রাউটার OS এর ISO ফাইল ডাউনলোড করে নিবো । Download RouterOS

ডাউনলোড হয়ে গেলে একটি ডিভিডি অথবা সিডি তে বার্ন করুন, এবং মিক্রটিক এর পিসি তে লাগিয়ে বুট করুন,
বুট হয়ে গেলে আপনি ইন্সটল এর স্ক্রীন পাবেন নিচের ছবির মতন,

আমাদের ইন্সটল সম্পন্ন হয়ে গেছে, এবার ডিভিডি রম থেকে ডিভিডি খুলে ফেলে রিবোট করে নিন, এবং লেন ক্যাবল লাগিয়ে Winbox এর নেইবরস থেকে রাউটার এর কন্ট্রোল প্যানেল এ চলে যান, 
রাউটার এর Default user name : admin
এবং কোন পাসওয়ার্ড নেই।
